A. What Information Do We
Collect?
When
you visit our Web site you may provide us with two types of information:
personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an
individual basis when you fill out our contact form or call us on the phone,
and Web site use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others
browse our Web site.
1. Personal Information You Choose to Provide:
a. Contact Information:
You
will provide us information about yourself, when you fill out the contact form
on the ÔContact UsÕ page of the web site.
b. Email Information:
If
you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of
your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
2. Information You Provide Automatically:
Similar
to other Web sites, our Web site makes use of a standard technology called
"cookiesÓ1 and Web server logs to collect information about how
our Web site is used. Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs
may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our
Web site, which pages you stayed on the longest, the type of browser you used,
your service provider etc.
B. How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

Information:
1. Those who become clients:
This
is used along with subsequent information strictly to contact the client,
receive payment from the client, or determine the exact nature of the type,
date, time, place, etc. of the clientÕs wedding. Once the wedding is over this information is filed away
securely and kept only as long as the government determines is necessary for
tax purposes.
2. Those who decline our services:
This
is only used to reference any inquiries, and to determine the number of
inquiries we received each week, month, and year. The January following the coupleÕs wedding date, the
information is shredded and placed in disposal.
b. Email Information:

We also look at how much time is spent on each page. We use this information to determine
what parts of the web site are performing effectively, and with new browsers
being brought into the market, if we are keeping the web site compatible to all
the browsers that view our web site.
The following January, this information is deleted.
